Biography
Jingang Yu is a doctor of engineering, professor, doctoral supervisor, serving as the winner of Hunan Provincial Natural Science Outstanding Youth Fund, a training object for young backbone teachers in ordinary colleges and universities in Hunan Province, and a third-level candidate for the “531” talent team construction of Central South University. He has presided over 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China (2 for general program and 1 for youth program), 8 provincial and ministerial scientific research projects, and more than 10 other projects; he has published more than 100 SCI papers; his papers have been cited more than 4,500 times, with a personal H impact factor of 36 and an i10 index of 121. He has participated in the compilation of 4 English monographs and 1 Chinese textbook, received 9 authorized national invention patents and won 1 Hunan Natural Science Award (second prize) in Hunan Province.
